CompuSafe AG is a service company for IT and digital transformation that operates throughout Germany. The focus of our agile sourcing approach is to fill tasks and projects with qualified specialists from IT and all areas of digitization and digital transformation or to carry them out independently.

With an agile and individual sourcing concept, we support you, together with our competent and innovative partner companies, in dealing with challenges in the context of IT and digital transformation - holistically, flexibly and customized for the respective task. Academy Solutions have been part of CompuSafe's range of services since 2002. The Academy is the core of our offers for strategic personnel development in order to develop know-how and competencies.

Our sourcing solution concept for IT requirements is based on 3 pillars:

Staffing Solutions. CompuSafe AG provides the appropriate human resources of IT experts with the required competence at the right time and takes care of the administrative effort and secure contract design.

Project Partner Solutions. CompuSafe works with specialized, highly competent and agile partner companies. A recognized and future-oriented staffing service in IT that offers project management and staffing power in symbiosis.

Academy Solutions. Since 2002, the AG has been training its own employees through individual qualification measures and programs, thus equipping them with the necessary skills. Thus CompuSafe guarantees an accompanying know-how transfer in the project. The offer includes open seminars and customized training programs in the areas of digitalization, social competence, health, leadership, methods and IT profession. CompuSafe places a special focus on the individual design and implementation of company-specific curricula (SoftSkills for IT Services, Digital Business and Transformation, Leadership in the Digital Age, Women in Leadership Positions).
